Guides
Compression apparel is sold with a lot of noise. These pages are the plain version: how the garment behaves, how to size it, how to care for it, and where the category oversells itself.
What you will not find here
- No fat-burning or weight-loss claims. Compression changes how a shirt sits, not what your body weighs.
- No before-and-after photos. The effect happens while the garment is on and stops when it comes off.
- No invented reviews or star counts. When we have real ones, they go up with names attached.

Read the guideWhy we publish these
Compression apparel is sold with an unusual amount of nonsense: fat-burning claims, posture correction, before-and-after photos taken twenty minutes apart. We sell one garment, and the fastest way to be trusted with it is to write down what the category actually does, including the parts that do not help us.
Every guide here follows the same rule. If a claim cannot survive being stated plainly, it does not go in.
